He was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever to ensure our stay was top notch. At the time of check-in the GM (Ryder) was great. I am not one for writing or posting reviews on places my family and I visit but this warrants a review. The king suit we had was messy upon arrival and they will charge you for every small piece of trash or stain you leave behind. Yet, after we checked out they charged us additional $98 for whatever reason, and then another $287 dollars later the same day For the stains!! I’m furious and NOBODY should WASTE they’re money staying here! 2nd, Our 4yr old son got food poisoning from the restaurant in Watiki and was vomiting all night, leaving a SMALL stain on their carpet by the desk, and some on they’re sheets which we told them about. During our 2-night stay the room was constantly COLD. The staff wasn’t too friendly or nice to us when I asked for new towels. I don’t think they even bothered to check the room before we got in there. They also did not have bath towels due to shortage of staff.ĭO NOT waste your money on this place! First off, We got our room for a baby shower but they wouldn’t let us have the room key til 4PM & when we entered, there was still trash from the previous guest all piled under the sink! the toilet was not cleaned, and the bed sheets still had hair in it. If I didn't book on a third party site I probably would have asked for a refund and went to another hotel. They did refund me $25 out of the 3 night stay. The location is a plus you are close to most stores and dining places. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. They really need to make sure the sheets are actually clean. Overall, the stay was okay, the pool being open for the kids to swim was nice. When they went to check in the room was given to someone else. My in-laws were supposed to get the room next to us we even talked to the gal working the front desk, they booked the room online and put in the notes to be next to us. The pool is open 24 hours but many of the jets for the hot tub were barely working. I highly recommend this hotel is you are looking for in the middle range price.īooked a suite and the fold out bed had dirty sheets, we then got moved to another room and the fold out bed had dirty and torn sheets. Maybe some rooms have it, but mine didn't so just fyi. The only thing I can complain about is my room didn't have a mini fridge. Wifi speed was good, free parking, I got free breakfast at the restaurant bellow (which was 10 dollars per person). This hotel is decent one, not too expensive and either too cheap. The nice thing is you can turn it off during the night so that was good. However the heater (we went in March and was a little cold) is was super loud, but that is not news for me. I was put in the far end of the hallway so it wasn't loud. There is also a good restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel has a great location, downtown, close to lots of restaurants which you can walk to it. We stayed 3 nights and it was a nice time.I choose this hotel for two reasons, one being the location and second being the hotel style. Though you need to get there around 4 to enjoy it as it seemed to get super busy after dinner when families with their kids came to enjoy the waterslide. The pool and hottub were very nice as well. The hotel is on the edge of the city but easy to get around from there and there is lots of shopping and activities in the area. And the standard waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, yogurt and some fruit. The breakfast was standard fare.eggs/sausage one day and biscuits/gravy the next. I understand that they want it to be quick and easy but there are other options. I'm always disappointed at how much styrofoam is used at the breakfast station. We used the discount card to eat dinner at the neighboring Mexican restaurant which was delicious. We were travelling with our dog so were pleased with the areas around the building to take him out to do his business. Our room was nice and spacious and had been updated. "The hotel was clean but had some odd smell in the hall.
